Yes, every person that wants to sign up for a class must create an account first. This includes children and adult students.
- How can I sign up for a class?
First, create an account.
Second, click on the tab “Purchase a Pass”. You can pay for your pass there.
Third, go to the tab “Schedule” and click on the class(es) you wish to attend.
- I have two or more children/family members. Do I need to create an account for each member?
Yes, unfortunately PunchPass does not support multiple users under one account. Each family member must sign up for classes using a separate account.
- I have already paid for a yearly/monthly/10-class pass using the previous system. Do I need to pay again?
No, your payments will be pro-rated. We are working on updating your new PunchPass account with the payments that you made with our previous system.
- How can I view the type of passes that the Academy offers?
Click on the tab that says “Purchase a Pass”.

- How can I view the current class schedule?
Click on the tab that says “Schedule” for a daily view of classes, or on the tab “Calendar” for a monthly view of classes.
